The accommodation is close to Benidorm’s vibrant nightlife where there are many pubs and clubs open until the early, and late, hours of the morning, but they are still far enough away for it to not disturb you. The beach is just a short walk away and there are many shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the vicinity.
The difference between bed and breakfast and half board is not a lot with some guests reporting that they were glad they paid the difference as it represents good value for money as the food offered is of really good quality and there is a very good selection of different foods. The bar prices are also extremely cheap.
The whole property is kept very clean with the pool area in particular spotless. Housekeeping staff are attentive and provide fresh towels every day.
The lack of sun loungers available is disappointing especially as some were claimed by other guests who didn’t use them for almost the whole day. Previous reviewers have mentioned feeling aggrieved that the hotel didn’t do anything about this.
There are many Spanish guests and some members of staff do not speak a lot of English which can be frustrating whereas some guests readily accepted that they are in Spain therefore everybody isn’t going to speak English.
There is a steep hill which leads to the beach which may pose a bit of a problem for guests with mobility issues.
