It's just across the road from the beach + if that journey is too tiring (!) ... there’s always the hotel pool. Really clean and with plenty of sunbeds. Noise tends not to be a problem although you can walk to bars, restaurants and shops if you fancy sampling the high life. Plus, if feeling peckish, there’s a very handy supermarket to the ground floor of the hotel itself.
... Do take a look at Mojácar Pueblo a couple of kilometres away. It’s hilly but a real gem and worth seeing even if you aren’t interested in the shopping, wining and dining options that are there. Walk, if you’re feeling fit, or grab a taxi; it’s well worth a visit.
Clean and pleasantly decorated, some have terrific sea or pool views.
They’re OK but could be so much better with a fairly minimal revamp.
There are no cushions for the plastic sunbeds!! Lying on them for any length of time is uncomfortable … + the evidence is imprinted for everyone to see.
There are early morning deliveries to the shop beneath the hotel + these intrude on the sleep of guests in any rooms near this daily activity.
