You are not allowed to check-in early so you have to wait. Don't be surprised if you come in early, decide to go have a bite to eat until you can check-in, come back and find a long line. You may have to wait a long time for the shuttle to bring you back to the hotel, so it's best you have a backup plan just in case.
Your room might be quite small. If your room has a queen sized bed, it could very well take up most of the room! If you are claustrophobic, you might have trouble getting comfortable. The TV is in an awkward position as well due to the size of the room.
There is no longer a microwave and mini-fridge in the room, unless you book a suite. They are now also charging visitors extra for registering earlier than their actual booking time. Overall, customer service could use some improvement.
