Guests were very nearly unanimous in saying that the hotel had offered them decent value for money. They believed that they had received a simple, but comfortable, room in a convenient location for a very good price.

The fact that their room was very clean on arrival was one of the first things many guests mentioned in their reviews. They also said that housekeeping did a good job keeping everything in tip top shape during the course of their stay.

A surprising number of guests went out of their way to say how comfortable the beds were. Considering the fact that there were no real complaints to speak of, it seems that the hotel may have actually managed to select a mattress with truly broad appeal.

This was by far the most common complaint. Guests appreciated that it was just a simple continental breakfast, but even by these standards they thought it very poor and unimaginative.

Aside from the issues at breakfast, this was the most common complaint. Many guests felt that the rooms were simply too small. While they contained all the amenities and furniture, there was said to be not much space left for anything else, like people and suitcases.

An astonishing number of guests mentioned having trouble with the Wi-Fi system. They said that the system would simply crash and it would be impossible to connect for long periods of time, causing great frustration and angst for those needing reliable connectivity for business.
