Guests said that the rooms at the hotel are nicely appointed with comfortable beds and large desk areas. They appreciated the large counter running the length of the bathroom providing ample storage space. They said that the fridge and microwave in the rooms were a big plus.
Guests said that the hotel has the earliest and latest shuttle service to the airport. The shuttle drivers were spoken about highly by guests who say they are nice, helpful and cordial. They make sure guests reached the airport in good time and even direct them on the correct gates they should enter.

Many guests pointed out that the shower curtains were of cloth with not even a liner. So using a shower meant getting the curtain all soaked up and water all over the bathroom floor leaving it wet.
