When talking about negative attributes, guests often brought up a steep footpath that goes away from the hotel and to the beach. They said it was especially hard to navigate when carrying lots of items or assisting children.

Guests were sometimes annoyed by the wasps and mosquitoes they said were sometimes prevalent at the property. The mosquitoes seemed to be especially problematic, so you my want to bring bug spray.

Guests frequently discovered the Wi-Fi didn't work well. Some guests were able to connect as long as they did so only in the public areas and not in their rooms. However, others were not able to connect at all, which was especially upsetting in some cases.
