Guests were thrilled by the way in which the staff members continually excelled at their jobs and made guests feel exceptionally welcome. They commented that nothing seems too difficult for the multilingual staff, and they do everything with great professionalism. Whatever you need, expect the staff to do what they can to assist.

This hotel puts you within easy access of tourist attractions, but that doesn't mean you'll have to deal with a lot of noise. The property's on a narrow side street and guests were frequently very impressed by how shielded they were from the noise.

The rooms are very up-to-date, and they have very stylish décor. When you want to stay in a property that's distinctively different from a huge chain location, this hotel offers a boutique setting with high standards of its own.

Although breakfast is available, some guests felt it was not worth the extra cost. Usually, the said that the quality was decent, but they would have been more willing to accept the price if a larger variety of food were available.

Even though there is a minibar provided in the rooms, some guests were mildly upset that kettles are not provided. If you are an avid tea or coffee drinker, consider bringing a travel kettle along. Otherwise, just plan on getting hot drinks as needed when you're out and about.

As is common in many European cities, the rooms here are on the small side. Guests said the small size was noticeable, but they weren't bothered enough to wish they had stayed elsewhere.
