Hotel Caravita (Rome, Italy)

The staff members are thought to be friendly and helpful by many guests who thought they were very approachable. They recommended place to go to, spoke various languages and helped guests with any queries.

The hotel is located in a central area of Rome, just minutes' walk from the Termini train station, the Trevi Fountain and other major tourist attractions. There are also various public transportation, eateries and bars within a walking distance. It is a perfect location to start exploring.

The breakfast and snacks were thought to be a very nice amenity for the hotel. The snacks are provided in the evening and free of charge, while the breakfast buffet is thought to be very decorative and with plenty of amenities.

The space in the rooms was thought to be too small by some guests who stayed in the hotel. They felt it was too cramped for more than two people. The dining room is also found to be a bit cramped while the suites didn't even have a sitting area.

The rooms were not as soundproofed as some guests would have liked. They felt the noises from the other rooms and from outside were not lessened by the walls. If one was a light sleeper, then that person had a hard time resting.

The Wi-Fi connection is thought to be too unreliable and slow, working only in the breakfast room. It was annoying that the Internet did not work well in their own rooms.
