Numerous past guests have complained that the rooms located near the indoor pool get too hot. Since there is no air conditioning to cool these rooms, it can get quite uncomfortable, especially when trying to sleep at night.

The hot tub is outside
A few guests did not like the fact that the hot tub at Maligne Lodge is located outside and is very difficult to get to when it is cold because there is no walkway. Keep this in mind and pack the appropriate footwear when visiting this hotel. The hot tub is also very small and, therefore, cannot accommodate many guests at once.
