Guests of the resort hotel were very pleased with the staff there, who strived to meet guests’ every need and remained smiling, friendly and welcoming.

Offering up a wide variety of seafood dishes, kids’ meals, and specialty menus like gluten-free, the buffet-style restaurant in the Gran Duque is a great place for eating as a family. There are also other types of restaurants located close by.

Many non-Spanish-speaking guests of the Gran Duque complained that the language barrier between them and the hotel staff was an issue; though very friendly and helpful, most of the staff at the Gran Duque only speak Spanish, or other languages.
