Servigroup Trinimar is a three-star five-storied hotel with 170 rooms, overlooking Baleraic Sea, Benicasim, Spain. It is nine miles away from the Desierto de las Palmas. Rooms are equipped with flat screen television, minibar, air conditioner and in-room safe. The terrace gives sea and mountain views. Bathrooms are provided with shower and hair dryer. There is a garden, outdoor swimming pool, children’s playground, games room, terrace and sun terrace. Parking and Wi-Fi are complimentary. Pets are allowed on additional charges. Facilities of luggage storage, laundry, ironing, ticket/tour desk and vending machines for snacks and drinks can be availed by the guests. Complimentary breakfast is served. An onsite restaurant and two bars are also present. Servigroup Trinimar is three miles away from the Club de Costa de Azahar, and the Benicasim beach is at walking distance.
The hotel is located a stroll away from the beach and many restaurants. It is so close to the beach that guests could hear the waves from the rooms if the balcony was kept open. The calm and serene ambience was a good break for the guests from the city hustle bustle.
The pool area was great with a poolside bar where the guests could enjoy their drinks and unwind. Guests found the staff members to be quite helpful and friendly. They looked into the concerns of the guests in spite of being very busy.
The rooms were very clean according to majority of the guests. Linen and towels were changed every alternate day. The complimentary parking has adequate amount of space so parking is not much of a hassle here.
Bathrooms were not maintained well. There were no plugs for the sink, bidet or bath, and taps were leaking. The fixing for the shower attachment was also missing. Few guests had to put towels on the floor to prevent it from flooding the room.
Most of the guests felt that the rooms need a refurbishment. The decor is also very outdated when it comes to the furnishings. Decor is in shades of pink and even the bathroom is pink in colour. Electrical plugs are old and hanging off the wall.
The Wi-Fi connection was very patchy in the rooms, not allowing guests to even check their e-mails.
