Residence Letizia is a beautifully designed house situated in Ossuccio with 9 apartments available in one brand new house for guests for 2 to 8 guests for apartment-ideal for families or large groups. Situated a village enjoying a sunny aspect, superb lake views across the lake and the picturesque island of Comacina. All apartments have a balcony and use of the pool and garden. The area is extremely tranquil andmany guests comment on the superb position of the apartment-close enough to enjoy the lake but away from the main road and traffic to enjoy peace and quiet! The apartments enjoy an elevated position with panoramic views over the lake yet just 10 minutes' walk from the lake and pretty public garden, ideal for sunbathing and swimming in the lake.
