Le Vieux Logis is a grand, ivy-clad hotel in Trémolat, a village on the banks of the Dordogne. Formerly a 16th-century priory and then a tobacco farm, the estate now offers cosy accommodation and an award-winning restaurant. Featuring antique furniture and delightful French décor, the rooms and suites are split between four buildings with views over the village park and the hotel gardens. A minibar, tea/coffee making facilities and a television are standard amenities. Le Vieux Logis offers a lovely pool and two seminar rooms able to accommodate up to 40 attendees. On-site parking is provided and Wi-Fi access is available. A filling buffet breakfast can be taken in the dining room or outside on the patio and top-quality French dishes are served in the hotel’s excellent restaurant, with particular focus on regional Périgord dishes. To enjoy the breathtaking scenery, Les Jardins Panoramiques de Limeuil is an ten-minute drive. Alternatively, Les Grottes de Maxange and its underground delights are 20 minutes away by car.
