The majority of guests who commented on customer service said they found the guest house owner to be very friendly and hospitable, going out of his way to help visitors make the most of and enjoy their stays.

There have been positive comments about the central location as the facility sits near the centre of Marsalforn. People said they liked being close to the boulevard and the beach and the guest house is a good base for exploring the area.

If food is an important factor on your list of hotel must-haves, you will be happy to know that most people said the daily breakfast was quite good and filling.

There is no lift at the guest house and guests must use stairs to get to some of the rooms. A few people said this would be an issue for those visitors with mobility troubles.

If having access to the Internet is important to you, please note that some guests said Wi-Fi service was a bit hit or miss and sometimes they could not get signals in certain parts of the guest house.
