This hotel boasts a wonderful location on the upscale side of Lake Zurich, considered so because it gets more sunlight throughout the year. With an address in the Seefeld Quarter, no part of the city will be out of reach. You can easily walk or take the tram to most major sights. There are plenty of shopping opportunities that start by the Zurich Opera House, continue on to Old Town, and all the way up Bahnhofstrasse. There are many great dining options in the area as well.

Boasting both opulence and old world charm, this hotel has preserved luxurious accommodations and traditional hospitality values while not falling behind on modern amenities. All rooms are spacious, well kept, and equipped with all the contemporary necessities for a comfortable stay. In addition, the staff is said to be top notch, and make you feel like a valued customer from check-in to check-out.

Guests were really impressed with the dining options at the hotel, from breakfast to dinner to even drinks. The Eden Bar serves a very interesting Asian menu that is highly recommended, and live piano music is played on select nights. Eden Restaurant specialises in tasty Mediterranean fare and boasts a large selection of vintage wines. Last but not least, the rooftop Sky Bar is considered the highlight of the hotel. Guests say if not for the amazing cocktails, come for the view.

While the rooms are generally well preserved and made to look vintage, guests think the hotel is starting to look a bit too dated and could use a cosmetic refresh.
