The complimentary breakfast provided is well laid out and plentiful. Those on special diets are easily accommodated and there are a wide variety of items on offer. Majority of guests were pleased with the different kinds of selections that were available.

Guests found the members of staff to be very professional and courteous. The hotel staff members are pleasant and ensure your stay at the hotel starts off on a high note. They treat you with care and try their best to make sure that they satisfy your expectations to the best of their ability.

The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The rooms on higher floors are also quite quiet, meaning you can get a good night's rest with minimal disturbance from the outside. The rooms are very spacious and the furniture and decor blend in with the overall theme of the hotel.

A number of guests found the elevator to be extremely slow. It was also rather cramped inside and could only handle a few people at a time. This was especially problematic if multiple guests were waiting to be taken to their floors.

A number of guests complained about the manner in which noise from outside of the apartment easily carried in to the rooms. There was overall poor sound insulation and this was particularly problematic for early risers.

The Wi-Fi connection was found by majority of the guests to be rather weak and unstable. Those intending to handle large files were unable to do so and most found it only suitable for very light web browsing.
