The History: Great grand father Toto Conversi built this farm in the 1800 and at the beginning had only an agricultural address. The cows milk production started in 1951 and and lasted 60 years now the farm went back to the origin producing hay,grain and barley. The agriturismo La Meridiana was restored in 2003; the building originally was used as storage for grain and the ground fioor where now is our recetion room was the place where the stabels for cows and horses were. The name of the building is due to a wide sundial on the facade of the building built in travertine stone which is a local valuable stone . The sundial was the equivalent of our modern watches for the workers of the farm during their working day . Welcome to the Agriturismo bed and breakfast la Meridiana is the perfect solution for those wishing to lodge in the contryside enjoying the peacefulness of a farm with all the comforts of a welcoming family runned structure recently renewed. The Hotel: Its a cosy and comfortable structure located 27 km from Rome 7 from Tivoli 3km from villa Adriana. The swimming pool area is the perfect place. Sorrounded by olive trees , fruit trees.
