Rooms have large bay windows. Kemp Townhouse features a daily maid service and complimentary Wi-Fi in public areas. The guest house can be rented out in its entirety for special events. There is a guest lounge that serves a traditional English style breakfast every morning. Guests can request that their breakfast be served in the privacy of their own room. The breakfast here at the Kemp Townhouse is superb, having a large variety of both hot and cold dishes. Such a hearty breakfast can make this townhouse your first priority during your next visit to Brighton.

One of the other positives of the property is the extras they serve to their guests from home baked treats to coffee making facilities to magazine/ newspaper to complimentary ports- the extras are worth it.

Quite compact rooms.

Although the rooms are nicely decorated with elegant furnishing and interior and lots of nice touches, but most of the rooms feel cramped up including the ‘double rooms’. This left a little space for keeping your luggage. Even the en suite is small, altho

Atmosphere gets hot at times.

The other problem that erupts is that the rooms become hot at times and since they are small too, they give a discomforting feel even when the windows are open.

The parking space offered by the guesthouse is not great and it is costly for some. So, if you are planning your stay here, then you are better off without your personal transportation.
