The members of staff are very well trained and knowledgeable. Not only are they proficient, they ensure that the check in/out process goes as well and as fast as possible. They will go out of their way to make guests' stay a very relaxing one.
Guests were very contented with the large and lavish beds. There were adequate pillows on the beds and the mattresses were all quite comfy. The rooms were very clean as the housekeeping staff gave them a thorough going over on a regular basis.
The service at the restaurant is outstanding and the food is top notch. The wait staff are conscientious and willing to please and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable dining experience.
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi but the speed is too slow. Guests felt it was time-consuming especially when they were doing heavy browsing or streaming videos. Some did not get any Wi-Fi signal at all in their rooms during their stay here.
