The food served at the restaurant of the hotel has been found to be delicious. The guests loved a great selection of tasty, well-seasoned, international as well as local dishes. The fresh meat cooking station and several choices of fish were highly appreciated. Moreover, the feature of all-inclusive food and drinks was a boon to the foodies and heavy drinkers.
The presence of the hotel right on the beach provided utmost happiness and great entertainment to the guests. The long walks on the beach and indulgence in various water/sports activities were extremely enjoyed by the guests leaving them highly relaxed and delighted.
The Staff at the hotel has been found to be extremely attentive and professional. According to guests, the staff members do an excellent job and work really hard to make them comfortable. The friendly and pleasant staff left the guests amazingly happy.
The music at the pool area was extremely loud, causing a lot of discomfort to the guests. Furthermore, the music at the outside bar was so loud that it became impossible for the guests to go off to sleep before 1 am, until it shut down.
Some of the guests complained regarding a few things to be missing from their rooms, which they did not find even upon asking the housekeeping staff.
