Some guests were happy with having the basics covered nicely by the hotel, as they found that the TV and the Wi-Fi was working nicely, the air-conditioning as well, and there was hot water throughout.

The hotel's location is set near various public transportation stops, and various restaurants and shops as well. The main attractions such as the Blue Mosque are a plausible walking distance from the hotel.

Many guests enjoyed the good breakfast served in a casual dining area. There were plenty of items available such as cheeses, breads and hot drinks. Guests were able to enjoy their morning meal and choose from various items. The dining area overlooks the city.

The stairway is said to be a dangerous step by some guests who stayed here. They mentioned the stairs were badly lit, very narrow and that there was no other way to get to the rooms. They recommend to be careful with the stairs.

The rooms are said to be unclean by some of the guests who were disappointed to see their sheets and towels were changed every couple of days, not on a daily basis. The floors seem to be cleaned poorly as well and the general ambiance seemed unclean.

There is no lift in the hotel which made some guests rethink why they accepted a room in the higher floors. They had to climb the stairs and recommend to book elsewhere if a lift is needed.
