The chatty staff really stood out here. Front desk personnel were always on hand to give helpful advice on the best places to see and how to get there, and they were noticeably accommodating when problems arose.

Just 20 minutes from the airport, guests enjoyed the easy commute to the hotel, and found that most top attractions were within walking distance or a quick ride on public transportation. Restaurants were down the street, including two top-rated establishm

Guests who stayed for a morning meal were generally enthusiastic about good quality coffee, and a nice selection of cold items like pastries, cereal, and delicious local jam.

Guests loved the charm and character of Internacional, but they weren't as taken with the somewhat dated decor found in guest rooms. The main disappointment were bathrooms that were in strong need of a renovation.

Some guests wished that they could have a re-do on their uncomfortable night. Sleep was sometimes evasive for guests who slept on hard, poor quality mattresses, and pillows that needed replacement long ago.

A great, central location also means that nights can be a bit noisy. Guests had to contend with late night revelry on several occasions, and would have done anything for a pair of earplugs to combat the noise.
