Right in the heart of Five Points, this hotel is in a prime location for visiting either the university or the convention complex. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and a nice park and of course the UAB Campus Green.

While the place is a little old, you can’t really argue with the price for such a central location. There are decent amenities too, and the valet parking isn’t too expensive. One of the most affordable hotels with comfort in the city.
The hotel is quite dated, and guests have found that quite a few of the amenities such as the TV or air con didn’t work quite as well as they should have. The entire hotel could do with refurbishment as guests noted that the public areas were also looking quite shabby.
