Hotel Imperial College Beit Hall (London, United Kingdom)

Previous Beit Hall guests were very pleased with how clean all of the Imperial College facilities were. Rooms were neat and tidy and there is a daily housekeeping service and linen and towel change every three days. The shared bathroom and shower areas is also kept in immaculate condition. Many plan to return to these accommodations based on the use of such clean and high-quality amenities like the campus Ethos Gym.

The front desk staff at Beit Hall are extremely delightful and helpful. They will instruct you on where your room is and how to get to campus dining and fitness facilities. They will make you feel welcomed and very safe. Check-in and check-out are very simple processes.

The central location is ideal for all types of travellers. There is quick and easy access to any neighbourhood from the South Kensington Tube station. Guests can walk to London’s biggest landmarks, museums and attractions. The accommodations are perfect for visitors looking to stay near Prince Albert Hall and South Kensington. It is a twenty minute tube ride to Big Ben.

Some guests reported stuffy and hot room conditions throughout the building. There are no air-conditioning units, however fans are provided in the rooms.

There were a few complaints from previous guests about uncomfortable beds that move when you sleep. Some toilets had broken seats and were made of poor quality. Others reported old furniture and creaking windows. The entire hall could use some refurbishment.

Due to the dormitory style accommodation, the halls and rooms are very noisy. Guests were able to hear talking from the corridor throughout the night. However, all visitors should keep in mind this is a college dorm room and not a traditional hotel.
