The staff is attentive, efficient and cooperative. They do every possible thing to make your stay memorable. From returning your left out items in room to helping with reservations, they prove their efficiency and promptness. Guest experience matters to them and they go out of their way to fulfill your wishes.
The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed. Contemporary yet soothing décor, excellent beds and good facilities make it a good choice for tired souls.
Guests were disappointed with the lack of any discount for guests staying at this hotel. The hotel and aquarium are affiliated and hence, a discount at the aquarium would have been good gesture for guests.
Breakfast experience could have been made better with more variety of food items. Guests felt that too many carb options were there in the continental breakfast and sit-down menu would have been better. Also, an in-house restaurant should be there as restaurants in the nearby area close early.
Some other issues like limited parking facility, small indoor pool, molds on shower, light water pressure in shower etc. were reported by the guests. However, the overall stay experience was good.
