Previous guests were very happy with the food selection at Hyatt Place. The complimentary breakfast has a nice variety of items, with a small rotating menu so that the same foods are not served every day. Guests loved being able to order room service 24/7, and they also enjoyed the cocktails and Starbucks coffee drinks at the bar.

Many guests took advantage of the shuttle service, which runs to the airport and anywhere within a five-mile radius.

Most of the rooms have an enclosed bathroom with a shower and toilet, but the sink and vanity are outside the door, in the bedroom. Many guests were bothered by this odd layout choice. Some found it difficult to get ready in the morning without waking others that were staying with them. A few guests expressed that the carpeting under the sink may not be sanitary.
