Hotel HTL 9 de Julio BsAs (Buenos Aires City, Argentina)

A number of previous guests who stayed here mentioned in their reviews that the location was ideal.  Guests said that they were within easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and shops and local attractions.

The staff at the hotel rated positively across reviews with many previous guests saying how friendly and polite they were. It seems that the staff at the hotel were only too happy to go out of their way to make sure that their guests had a great time.

Guests really liked the layout of the apartments which included a bedroom in a loft. Guests also said that the apartments were well maintained and they liked the modern decor and styling throughout which was very comfortable.

Guests were less than complimentary about the breakfast served at the hotel, with many previous guests saying that it was boring and that there was not a lot of choice for things to eat.

Guests complained via their reviews that the air conditioning and the heating did not really work properly. In summer it was too hot and in winter it was also too hot, as layout of the apartment means that all the hot air gets trapped in the loft bedroom whilst the cold air stays on the lower level.

Guests with a sensitive sense of smell left less than positive comments about the odours which were coming from the bathrooms. Guests said that the showers do not drain well and that this perhaps was causing the foul odours.
