Guests were satisfied with the complimentary breakfast served every morning. The basic spread included bagels, toaster waffles, hard boiled eggs, pastries, fruit cocktails, biscuits and gravy among others. They were also offered apple juice, orange juice, active yogurt, milk and coffee. These items were more than enough to give an energy-filled start to the day.

The warm hospitality offered by the staff members was much appreciated by the guests. They were very accommodating and friendly. In fact, when one of the guests left his coat and phone charger in the room, the staff was prompt enough to give a call within half an hour of their departure telling them that they were holding it for the concerned guest.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioner was not noisy and the guests could sleep well. The pool area was also nice and clean where the kids enjoyed splashing around the entire day.

Many guests agreed that the rooms should have more electrical outlets and plugs. It was inconvenient when the guests had to charge multiple electrical devices.

Wi-Fi connection is poor with slow connectivity. Guests had to really struggle while connecting to the Internet which kept disconnecting time and again.

Shower heads were not operating properly and the fluctuating water pressure in the shower made it quite a task to take a bath. Toilets in many rooms were clogged with broken seats.
