Guests reported that from the time they entered the hotel to the time they left, staff members were welcoming, friendly and always attentive to their needs. They ask questions to ensure guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay, they have no problem helping guests plan their stay and they try to accommodate all requests as best they can.

This hotel is located right off a main highway which makes it easy to find. It is also centrally-located and close to many of the attractions guests will want to see while in the area and many restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

There are quite a few issues with the rooms at Quality Inn South Bluff including water temperature that is hard to regulate, uncomfortable beds, stained bedding, dirty carpet, a lack of water pressure, mold in the bathrooms, dated decor, broken light fixtures and a smell of stale cigarette smoke.

The walls in the guest rooms must not be soundproof because guests reported being able to hear every noise outside the room. Water running, toilets flushing, children crying, conversations, footsteps and televisions are just some of the sounds reported.

Guests reported that the swimming pool is not well-maintained and is actually dirty. There have been reports of cigarette butts and food floating in the water and the water is often cloudy. Guests also reported that the pool is practically located in the parking lot which means it's not very private.
