The staff are extremely friendly and personably, going out of their way to make guests feel comfortable upon arrival. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and are very accommodating when it comes to guests' requests and queries. They will happily recommend places of interest for guests to visit and they all endeavour to provide excellent customer service.

Many guests felt that the hotel was good value for money as the hotel offered a number of complimentary amenities that ensured the hotel was well-priced.
