Hotel Hougoumont Fremantle (Fremantle, Australia)

Guests said that they were delighted with their rooms at this unique and beautifully appointed hotel.  They said that the bedding was first class, and that amenities such as the Espresso machine and complimentary luxury toiletries exceeded their expectations, and made them feel very welcome. Guests added that they couldn’t have been better situated in Fremantle, just off the "Cuppuccino Strip", and steps away from all the popular local attractions.

Guests reported that the customer service at this hotel was in a league of its own. They said that they had never felt so welcome and appreciated, and were spoiled by all the complimentary amenities and extra touches provided by the thoughtful staff. Not only were the staff always available, cheerful, and eager to accommodate them, but the hotel also provided comforts such as complimentary fruit and hot drinks all day, and the popular Wine & Cheese “Happy Hour” to make them feel right at home. Nothing was too much trouble, and this warm treatment contributed to the happy and relaxing ambience of the hotel.

Guests say that they were intrigued and impressed by the design of this hotel, with its “converted shipping container” motif, traditional to the area. They said that they appreciated the interior design as well as the the state of art fixtures and fittings.

Guests commented that that standard Superior Cabin Rooms were smaller than expected, and only just catered for two people.

Guests commented that the clear doors of their showers made them feel awkward and uncomfortable, especially with others in the room.
