For those passing through the area - and especially travelers on longer-distance journeys - this no-frills property just about fit the bill. Those on a shoestring budget found this hotel to be good value, especially given its spacious rooms.

This hotel was also appealing for those traveling with four-legged friends. In terms of amenities, the kitchens here were very nicely sized and many commented on the cozy, apartment-like feel of the layout.

Past visitors have been very vocal regarding the uninspired customer service at this extended-stay property. However, if recent reviews are to be believed, there's been something of a turnaround here, with check-in times in particular seeing marked improvement.

Despite its good points, a number of guests had some concerns regarding this property. First and foremost, cleanliness - in the studios and around the property - was a real issue. Many were dismayed to find smoky and dirty rooms, filthy carpets and sheets. Others were unhappy about overflowing trash cans and public waste bins.

For others, security was a real issue here. Many were very concerned the actions and behavior of other guests, which at times made them feel unsafe. Add to this the run-down feel of the property, and some guests unfortunately felt very uncomfortable here.

While recent reports point to an improvement in customer service, it seems that there is still a way to go in this respect. Sadly, some guests report receiving indifferent and even rude treatment from this property's front desk.
