There have been complaints made that rooms have been dusty and dirty upon a guests arrival. Lamp shades have been uncleaned, the floor was not well vacuumed and there were traces of gum left behind on some parts of the room. Housekeeping should simply spend more time in rooms making sure they are in a suitable condition for guests.
Guests have been disappointed to arrive at this hotel to find that some amenities have not been in working order. Part of the disappointment was not being able to use such amenities but the bulk of the complaints were as a result of guests not being notified prior to their arrival.
