Close to famous attractions such as Legoland California Resort, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Safari Park and Sea World, it's no wonder this hotel has been the hotel of choice for so many guests.

Reviews indicate that guests thoroughly enjoy the beautiful architecture of this hotel. Not only is the modern, resort-like nature of this hotel appreciated but features such as the courtyard putting green, the swimming pool and fitness center makes guests feel as though they are on vacation.

Several reviews comment on the convenience of staying at this hotel. The on-site features are all in working order, the location offers several shops nearby and most other things are available without even leaving the hotel, such as a cooked meal in the restaurant or from room service.

The noise at this hotel, although dependent on the neighboring guests, can reach high levels on some occasions. Due to the lack of sound-proofing between rooms, this can be rather wearisome after a while as the sound makes its way into guest rooms quite easily.

Guests have not been wholly pleased by the level of customer service given to them by staff members. Although guests have often had a lovely stay, it has not often been with the help of the friendliness and assistance of the staff because this is somewhat lacking at this hotel.

Often guests have returned to their room to find it untidy and unmade, even after housekeeping staff have visited. Dirty towels have been left behind and guest bathrooms have also been left a mess, sometimes even before guests have stayed in the room.
