In most cases, guests got the comfortable and straightforward experience that they were after. Housekeeping was more than adequate, and guests found rooms to be a good size.

Staff won guests over with a welcome snack pack and an overall friendly demeanor. Management also seemed to be working hard to impress guests, and it was evident to many.

Older interiors presented a problem for several guests who found rooms to be dark and uninviting. Bathrooms in particular were in need of a makeover, and guests felt that a refresh was long overdue. If you are in need of something a bit more upscale, this may not fit the bill.

If it wasn't the air-conditioning unit causing a disturbance, it was the neighbors next door, audible thanks to thin walls. Older construction did little to muffle goings-on around guests, and a quiet stay was unfortunately not in the cards for everyone.
