Previous visitors to the hotel were impressed by the pool and spa areas commenting at how clean and fresh the water was. Guest reviewers also commented that it was great to see a hotel offer these amenities year round.

A number of guest reviewers made particular mention of the tasty breakfast offerings at the breakfast buffet with many saying that the quality and selection of food met their expectations of a traditional Hilton brekky spread!

A number of guests who left reviews were part of a big group, often families who were meeting in this central location to hold a reunion. These guests commented on how well the hotel catered to their needs and left comments that they would definitely hold similar events again at the hotel.

Some guests remarked that the Hilton Memphis is an older style Hilton amongst the Hilton chain. Some previous guests felt that the hotel was showing its age a little too much and that it could do with some updating to bring it into line with its modern counterparts.

A number of out-of-town guest reviewers commented that they thought the hotel was a little too far out of the city center than what they had anticipated. The hotel is close to the city center which is a 10-15 minute drive away.

Notwithstanding that large groups had a blast at the hotel, a number of previous guests expressed their frustration at the lackluster customer service that they experienced during their stay at the hotel.
