Many guests really liked this amenity because it allowed them to have fun at those destinations and not worry about private transportation concerns such as being alert enough to drive home after a night of leisure.

Guests were generally pleased with the condition of their rooms. They appreciated the high ceilings that made the rooms seem more spacious, and thought the décor was very chic. They also mentioned that the accommodations were very tidy.

Guests frequently gave feedback about how the staff members were very cheerful, professional and welcoming. Those character traits even persisted when staff members had to work on resolving minor issues to make things right for guests.

Guests didn't like the texture of their pillows. They found them to be too thin and not supportive. Some guests even said as soon as they began using them, the pillows sank down so much it was if they weren't even there.

Fortunately though, this seems to be the case with just some of the air conditioners, because when guests were moved into different rooms, the problems usually did not happen again.

There were numerous comments that for the prices guests paid for their rooms, they should have gotten breakfast as an included amenity. Some guests decided to buy the breakfast, but decided it wasn't worth the posted prices.
