This hotel is in a nice area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. You can easily walk to the shops but the hotel offers a local area shuttle. There is also a free airport shuttle service which is very handy for those flying into town.

The facilties at this hotel are quite well-maintained with the pool getting quite a few nice comments. Some guests have noted that the pool area is much cleaner than at other hotels, and that they feel safer allowing their children to play there.

For many guests this hotel represents great value for money due to its location and facilities. The area is full of shops and places to eat and the gym and pool are great. This is a lot more than you would expect from a standard three-star hotel.

Some guests feel that the staff in the reception area could do with a little cutomer service training as they rarely smile and don't offer too much help to the guests. It's a shame as Hilton Garden Inns are usually well known for having pleasant staff.

The breakfast is cooked to perfection, but the fact that you must pay for it has left some guests feeling rather annoyed. If you are a family of four the first meal of the day can be an big expense that you are not expecting.

The rooms are well-equipped with everything you'd expect, but some guests have found that they aren't in the clean condition that they expected them to be in. Some found mould in the bathrooms while others found stains on the carpet.
