Both offer a range of shops and restaurants.
This hotel is very well located in the heart of a shopping area with two malls nearby are full of shops and restaurants. There is a great restaurant neighboring the hotel which offers lovely views overlooking the waterfront. It's also a few miles from Barefoot Beach.
The rooms are spacious and have a tasteful, vintage feel while being kept extremely clean. The beds are also very comfortable. Those who upgrade from the ground floor feel that the views of the lake are worth the extra price.
This hotel offers a lot for really reasonable prices. Guests appreciate the free parking; the grounds are well tended, the pool is attractive and has a pool bar. Overall the quality provided is extremely good and represents value for money.

Due to this being a boutique style hotel, which offers basic amenities, there aren't top of the range facilities in each room. Some guests were disappointed that there was no safe, hairdryer or ironing board in their rooms.
While kept very clean the rooms could do with being refreshed. A lick of paint and some new furniture and fittings would bring them back up from good to excellent.
