The rooms are well-maintained in this hotel and very modern in design. You'll find everything you'll need for a comfortable stay right there in the room. From cable TV to a nice coffee pot, you'll feel right at home from the moment you walk in.

An indoor pool is always a nice bonus at any hotel, but this one is said to be above expectations. The area around the pool is clean and well looked after making it a very safe environment for kids to have a bit of fun during their trip.

Unusually for this chain of hotels, the staff at this place are said to be a little lacking in customer service. Some guests have asked for advice on the local area only to be told the hotel is the only place you can eat within walking distance which guests found to be untrue.

The beds at this hotel are quite hard and take a lot of adjusting to get right. You may not want the trouble of adjusting a bed when arriving for your stay, so best to ask the staff to help you out as soon as you check in.

There are a number of guests that feel that a hotel that is as pricey as this could at least offer some sort of free breakfast option. They would be quite happy with a free continental and equally happy to pay for the cooked option.
