Guests have frequently commented on the spacious, neat and clean rooms of the hotel. They also found the complimentary breakfast decent enough which had plenty of choices.

Lot of guests found the staff of the hotel very friendly and helpful. Guests further reported that they were greeted with the warm/welcoming smile by the staff members and receptionist was polite enough to answer all their questions nicely.

Guests have frequently reported about the great location of the hotel as they could explore lot of beautiful and adventurous places in the close vicinity of the hotel. They thoroughly enjoyed a trip to wineries, ferry to Block Island and boat rides/water sports in Mystic. Guests further added, they had a great time drinking and dining at the Foxwoods Casino, moreover, free shuttle to the casino was very convenient.

Some guests have reported that they could get a very little sleep as the bed of their suite was very hard and uncomfortable and they had a tough time/pain tossing and turning on the same.

Few guests stated that they were really disappointed with their room as they had reserved a non-smoking room initially and when they got one, it smelled of cigarette.

You may find that the noise from the air conditioners in some rooms is unbearable. Few guests faced lot of discomfort during the stay as they had to turn off the air conditioner of their room eventually because of disturbing noise and sleep in the hot room.
