Hotel Hettie (Istanbul, Turkey)

The rooms are thought to be spacious and clean for most guests who stayed here. They felt the housekeeping did a nice job of cleaning the rooms and that there was a lot of space for them to move in.

The staff are said to be friendly and accommodating for many guests who tried their best to help guests when needed. They would help with luggage and spoke good English. They tried their best to communicate with guests to fulfill their requests.

Most of the rooms have water views and many guests enjoyed watching the nice scenery of the harbor and the ferries moving on the water. The hotel is by the water and the scenery was a delight to see on a daily basis.

The air-conditioning or heater during the summer and winter months was found to be not working by some guests who could not be comfortable in their rooms due to this. They were not able to sleep because it was either too hot or cold.

The Internet received by some guests was thought to be too slow and unreliable, as doing simple tasks took longer than what most guests were used to. They would have preferred a faster Wi-Fi.

There were some guests who thought the furnishings were old and run-down to the point of being uncomfortable for them. They felt these should be replaced and the rooms could use a new look as well.
