Hotel Harris Batam Center (Lubuk Baja, Indonesia)

Start the day off right with the food here. Guests commented on how much food there was at the breakfast buffet. Guests enjoyed the quality of the food as well.

Shopping or travelling is easy when you are here. Guests liked the location of the hotel as it was close to shopping and transportation. Some guests stated that it was nice to have a huge shopping mall across the hotel. Other stated that it was convenient to be so close to the Batam Centre Ferry Terminal.

There are not enough good things to say about the staff here. Guests stated that the staff was helpful and was always trying to help them in a polite and friendly manner. Overall the service was wonderful.

Watch where you are swimming and enter at your own risk. Guests stated that they pool was not very clean. Guests stated that they thought staff could have done a better job or maintaining and cleaning the pool.

If you want to work out at the fitness centre try not to look around. Guests stated that the equipment was not the best. Much of it seemed either old or worn.

Try to only use the Wi-Fi for simple things; don't try to download any large files. Guests stated that the Wi-Fi speed was not very reliable. Sometimes it seemed it would work well and then at other times it would be very slow.
