All the staff members were very professional and prompt. They were very courteous and went out of their way to help out the guests with any of their concerns at any hour of the day. The location of the hotel was close to the airport, malls, harbour and other shops, which made it very convenient for the guests to move out on their own.
The outdoor pools are clean and well-maintained. Kids loved splashing around the pool and the adult guests loved lazing around. Rooms are done up well and have all the basic amenities required to ensure a comfortable stay. Many guests felt that the breakfast served here was quite good with filling portions. The Asian meals offered at the onsite restaurant were palatable.
Many guests loved the facilities at the spa and fitness centre. The massages are very relaxing and rejuvenating. Steam and sauna is quite a hit with some guests. Guests had a great time at the evening karaoke lounge.
The air conditioner in most of the rooms was very noisy causing the guests to have a disturbed sleep. Moreover, it was leaking, making the floor very wet and slippery.
The Wi-Fi connection was very erratic and patchy as it kept disconnecting time and again. This prevented the guests from even checking their e-mails.
Many guests were disappointed with the continuous black outs through the day and night. It was very difficult to work or go to sleep in the warm seasons.
