The guest suites at Harbour House are very spacious and feature full, well-equipped kitchens which makes it easy to prepare quick meals in the room rather than going to a restaurant.

Guests reported that this hotel is located in an ideal location that allowed them to be able to walk everywhere they needed to go. A beach, restaurants, shops and other attractions are nearby and the area is quite lively.

The outside of the hotel is clean and well-maintained with excellent facilities. The swimming pool is almost always deserted and is also clean and very warm. The outdoor sitting areas are relaxing and scenic. The parking area is spacious, safe and well-maintained with lots of spaces.

The guest rooms at Harbour House have some issues including toilets that don't flush properly, doors that don't close properly, tattered furniture, very low lighting, uncomfortable beds, and small balconies.

Guests reported that staff members at this hotel don't seem to grasp the concept of customer service and they don't seem to know the proper way to handle things. Issues are slow to be rectified, staff doesn't seem to take guest concerns seriously and no apologies are offered when things go wrong.

There have been reports of loud guests partying late into the night . These parties spill into the corridors and nearby rooms with people running up and down the corridors, listening to loud music, slamming doors, singing and yelling.
