Guests reported that the outside grounds of the hotel are very clean and well-maintained and the same goes for the facilities. The swimming pool is clean and spacious, the hot tub is also clean and there are plenty of extra beach towels.
The guest rooms at Harbor House are quite small with limited space to move around and store personal belongings. Guests also reported the rooms tend to get very hot and the thermostat is hard to use and that some of the appliances are broken. Also reported was sinks that don't drain properly, tattered furniture and uncomfortable beds.
