Hotel Castillo Inn (Santa Barbara, USA)

The property's close proximity to the beach and other major establishments is very convenient according to guests. There is also a park within the area, as well as various restaurants. Moreover, the property is only short walking distance to downtown, harbour, and State Street which offers a variety of shops and clubs.

The staff, most especially the owner was extremely helpful and was more than ready to give advice and useful recommendations to the guests. Aside from efficient check-in and checkout process, they also provide maps, and other helpful information to help guests enjoy travelling within the area safely.

Aside from the immaculately clean and well-equipped rooms, most guests were impressed with the huge size! Rooms have king size beds and sofa beds which were perfect for large group of people. The size was more than adequate so guests can move around easily and comfortably.

Most of the negative reviews were from guests who were annoyed by the loud noises coming from the other rooms especially during the night. They could easily hear banging of doors from people who go in and out of their rooms, loud conversations until morning, people partying, and loud television sounds.

Guests were highly disappointed with the basic and inadequate breakfast options. The food that includes muffins or some Danish bread was average and lacked variety. The overall quality of the breakfast food was poor so you are advised to check out nearby restaurants.

The cramped parking space provided for the guests was displeasing. Although parking was complimentary, guests had issues finding a comfortable parking spot and the space provided was too tight which was quite hard for large vehicles and for passengers to get through.
