From quick refilling at the breakfast area to solving the minute problems like arranging a charger quickly, the reception and housekeeping staff does a great job.
Refrigerator is not there in some rooms and also the ones with a king size bed and guests were upset about it. Though there are some rooms which have microwave and refrigerator both and guests can book the room as per their requirements.
Few guests complained about the stolen vehicles and stuff from the cars parked outside in the hotel's parking area. Also, guests did not feel safe going to the parking area at night due to the wandering homeless people around.
The hotel is not well-designed to accommodate people with limited mobility and some features maybe added to make it friendly for them. The bed was hard and there were no handicapped railings in the bathroom.
