Hotel Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester-North (Rochester, USA)

Many previous guests have used the hotel as a base for when they have been visiting the Mayo Clinic medical center for treatment as it is only around ten to 15-minutes' drive away. Additionally downtown Rochester is only 15-minutes away where you will also find the Apache Mall which has many different stores for you to shop until you drop and then grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants.

The hotel offers a shuttle service which will drop you at and then pick you up from your destination. This complimentary service runs to the Mayo Clinic, to downtown Rochester and also to places within the local area such as restaurants. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and always happy to help with recommendations and suggestions for the best places to eat.

There is a wide selection of food available at breakfast with cereals, pastries and fresh fruit or a cooked option with all the usual breakfast favorites and even when the hotel gets busy you don't have to worry about missing out on food as there is plenty of seating in the breakfast room and staff keep the food stocked up.

According to reports from previous guests the bed linen is dirty and there are stains on there from previous guests which are also on the mattress.

The carpets are quite dirty throughout the building with dust and debris needing to be hoovered and in some places they are quite stained and could use a shampooing to get them clean.

Not all rooms are equipped with a microwave or a fridge although there is enough room for them according to previous guests and fridges can be requested at the front desk.
