Many guests find the recently renovated rooms to be modern and inviting, with very comfortable beds. Families particularly appreciate the convenience of a having a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center are well maintained.

The front desk staff have received many positive reviews for their personable and professional customer service, with guests often noting that they are pleased to provide directions, recommend restaurants, and accommodate special requests.

Guests appreciate the hotel's location near Cherry Creek shopping, and also love that there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, including a Whole Foods for those who want to stock the fridge. Downtown Denver is about 15-20 minutes away by car, though there is a Colorado RTD station about a mile away for guests who would prefer to take light rail into town. The scenic Cherry Creek trail is also nearby.

A few guests have commented that the bathrooms are a bit small relative to the roomy bedrooms. Some in rooms facing the stadium found that the curtains did not block out enough of its bright lights.

A few guests were disappointed in the limited equipment on offer at the fitness center, or else noted the pool was not particularly large. Some guests were also turned off by its location near the lobby, commenting on the strong chlorine smell.
